Anenomes are fragrant naturalising plants that will clothe your garden with colour and fragrance. Culture: any good soil, moderately well drained. Plant 10-15 cm (4-6") apart, 5-8 cm (2-3") deep. Steep corms in water for 10 hours before planting.

The wild wood anemone, with its delicate pink tinged, white petals is a magical sight in spring. Anemone ‘Nemerosa’ forms a splendid early spring carpet, under trees and shrubs and in the dappled sunlight of woodland areas and is the recipient of a prestigious Award of Garden Merit from the RHS.
