Care Guide
Related to the Amaryllis, Eucharis amazonica are suitable as house, conservatory or greenhouse plants, bearing highly scented white flowers throughout the summer months.
Plant one bulb per pot, 15cm deep in rich compost with sand mixed through to assist drainage. Ensure the tip of the bulb sits just above the soil surface.
Site your pot in full sun or part shade.
Provide regular watering during the growing period, but very little during the resting months of winter.
Top dress annually with fresh compost and re-pot the bulbs every third year.
