Star-shaped blooms of cobalt-blue, edged with a delicate white trim are densely clustered along the stems of Hyacinth ‘Blue Pearl,’ bringing colour and scent into the home in the depths of winter.

Specially prepared bulbs which are designed to flower around Christmastime. The bulbs are despatched in September and should be planted shallowly in bowls or containers, with the green tip and part of the bulb showing above soil level.

The bulbs can also be forced in water, with the base of the bulbs sitting above water level in a hyacinth vase. Roots will quickly form, sense, then seek out the water below.

For Christmas flowers, keep your containers in a cool, dark place until the beginning of December when they can be brought out into the light.
